Everything about this great hotel was GOOD, including location and rooms. Beach is near the venue.
-
The room was good sized, no complains at all. We found nice Gelateria Lungomare nearby with hot beverages. There's indoor pool.
-
Sun deck was not too busy and the pool was clean. Room was cleaned each day and it was ok. Cleaning lady was very nice and kind. Hotel location was very convenient, since it was close to promenade and two bus stations.
WiFi in room was really bad,I could not open anything most of the time. Breakfast was dull, I think all of meat products were pork, it was the same each day and fresh fruit was not offered. Reception stuff was not very kind, with just one exception, but I do not remember her name. Water was leaking from the toilet flusher, but we found a hack to stop it, so it did not bother us that much.

Nothing at all
This hotel was very poor on every level. Dirty, the pool and so called splash pool and jacuzzi were filthy. The rooms were smelly and very poor. The automatic doors were broken, the lifts were broken, I just thank the lord I was only there for 1 week. Very dark and dingy, no services available through the day at all. Certainly not a 4 star hotel, needs to regraded to a 1 or 2 star. Please re name Fawlty Towers, this would be more apt.
-
nothing..only the jacuzzi and position
bathroom not cleaning with a bugs tv with only two television channels Air conditioning not working ...
-
Stayed before, but hotel has degraded. Rooom was not very clean Television did not work Breakfast was fantasic plenty to eat
-
Very friendly staff, I dont think its 4 star, however we didnt pay much and all in all it was okay.
-
geographic location is very convenient
No possibility of having a wi-fi connection in the room. Only one lift working for quite a number of guests. In general this hotel is rather 2* niveau than 4* (in my view, no investment has been done in this establishment for last at least 15 years). Paying 50 eur "caution" in a "4*" hotel is a complete non-sense.

Good location cheap hotel friendly staff...a total credit to hotel....if we will go back (and we will) is only because of the staff...very helpful receptionist and waiters will do everything u ask.....lovely people
-Tiles in the room -everything beside the tv in the rooms and chairs in the lounge is at least 30 years old -air con in the rooms is very Loud -builders start work at 7am right under my windows, every day of my staying -sauna charge is 5 euros per half an hour.....it takes half an hour just to get to right temp. Expect to spend at least 20 euros for a proper session

Came with no expectations considering the reviews but it was ok, Breakfast good, staff very helpfull and willing to rectify any problems if possible. Quite a few long stay older people and any we spoke to were quite content with the accomodation
Its old (or appears old)so lots of little things dont work as they should such as hook for shower head broken etc but we made no issue of it. whoever is in reception appears to be responsible for everything as staff appear thin on the ground.

Good value for money.
No double beds!! Esp after I was told in my booking that I will get a double booking. Star rating should be 3 star.

I agree with most comments here.
Everything desperately needs a major make-over. Technologically challenged.
-
Nice big room.
Breakfast served out of the hotel and it was not as shown in photos. Very limited location not so nice more a 3 star hotel not 4.
-
Definitely not a 4-star hotel, maybe not even 2. Felt like some cheap hostel.
-
Small rooms, broken toilet, broken air-condition, broken balcony door, cranes over your head when you were swimming in the pool.
